A Little bit About US

Dwellzie started with a single dorm room in the middle of the pandemic. My daughter was far from home, feeling isolated and overwhelmed. I knew the best way I could support her was by designing a space that felt familiar, comforting, and hers. That one room sparked something much bigger.

Since then, we’ve seen the same struggle play out again and again. Students trying to create a space that reflects who they are. Parents navigating a million decisions while trying to make it all feel right.

So I teamed up with Lori, a fellow mama, digital strategist, and my awesome sister-in-law. She gets it. Together, we’re building something thoughtful, beautiful, and truly supportive for students stepping into a whole new chapter.

I lead the creative — moodboards, layouts, sourcing, and intentional design direction. Lori runs the engine behind the scenes. Spreadsheets, workflows, and smart systems. She’s also the heart of our social voice. Real, warm, and refreshingly down to earth.

After 25 years designing homes that reflect the people who live in them, here’s what I know for sure:
